Arusha Dasrath: Managing Director

Arusha is personally involved in managing all business partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Registered with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist 
• Master’s Degree: M Admin (Industrial Psychology), University of KZN
• Honours in Industrial Psychology at University of South Africa (UNISA)  
• Bachelor of Arts at the University of KZN, Westville Campus

Whilst completing her Masters Degree, she began her career in the Public Sector; in the Human Resources Department of the eThekwini Municipality.

After registering as a psychologist in 2004, her experience in the discipline steadily strengthened as her career progressed in the Private Sector.

Her 15 year tenure within the corporate environment had provided her with the opportunity to lead various teams: from specialised teams in Assessments as well as Recruitment and eventually heading the HR Division with a team of HR generalists reporting to her.

During this time she led many projects, including but not limited to:

1. Change initiatives
2. Recruitment and selection processes
3. Talent management and succession planning initiatives
4. Conflict management initiatives including: diversity and inclusion, realignment processes, restructuring processes, store closures, store openings, customer centricity, etc
5. The entrenchment of corporate values
6. Various employee engagement initiatives
7. Climate surveys

Having obtained extensive knowledge and a firm grounding holds her in an excellent stead as her expertise across the HR fraternity would most certainly allow you to grow your human capital to the maximum.
